IMATS 2012...

Once a year Alexandra Palace in London is transformed into a make-up enthusiasts paradise! With bloggers, beauty lovers, professional artists and students congregating in the creative hub that is IMATS, the show offers the chance to indulge and immerse in make-up artistry!

This year was no exception and we wanted to share a little snippet of IMATS 2012 for those of you who weren't able to attend...

The Illamasqua Art Team were out in force to welcome our fans and followers who attended IMATS from across the globe

With live model demonstrations and transformations, IMATS offered the perfect opportunity to explore our highly pigmented, colour intense range

We are hosting an exclusive Colour Pop Shop in our Flagship store in London this Sunday 12th February for those of you who couldn't attend IMATS! Head to the store at 20 Beak Street to discover Illamasqua, build your kit and indulge in an immense array of bold colours with fabulous offers

  1. I attended IMATS and was fortunate to be able to pick up a couple of things from your stand. For future shows, I think it would really help if you could have a better organization strategy. It was an absolute nightmare trying to purchase anything whilst having to fight through a crowd. Also, some products other than items that seemingly weren't that popular and now need to be sold at a discount would be really good too.

    1. i second that, i ended up buying nothing at all because i just wasn't motivated at all to wrestle through the crowd.

  3. I was quite disappointed on the Sunday that there wasn't much to choose from as it had all gone the previous day. I'm sure those on Saturday loved to see everything and the demos, but please bring more stock next year so those who attend the Sunday don't miss out!

  4. I had a similar experience, it took ages to finally get to the counter and no one seemed to know what they were doing. It would also have been really nice to have some prettier product colours available rather than the stuff that always seems to be discounted. I went along thinking I'd get a genuine illamasqua experience, if that was the case then I don't think Id go back again :(

  6. Roping off a clear cut queue/line for everyone would be a great start to a better show next year. Also, keep in mind that anyone spending £45+ to get into IMATS is not someone you want to pawn off unpopular product on, we are genuine makeup lovers! I know your line, buy it online, and have traveled hours to London to buy it. I have to say, I was extremely disappointed that you didn't sample your fragrance or sell better product. I felt like I was being used to sell sluggish stock.
